     The law firm of Morrow, Romine & Pearson, P.C., celebrates over twenty-five years of existence. The law firm was founded in 1987. The firm's practice is directed to civil litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage in all Alabama State and Federal courts.

     Morrow, Romine & Pearson's practice area of concentration is civil litigation representing litigants in trials, mediations and appeals in all state and federal courts and in administrative hearings and arbitrations. Morrow, Romine & Pearson has represented clients in almost every judicial circuit in the State of Alabama and in all three United States District Courts located in Alabama. The primary practice concentration is devoted to representation and defense of insureds and insurers in a wide range of insurance, personal injury, product liability, fraud, bad faith, construction defect, premises liability, and other tort or contract actions. MR&P also regularly represents insurers regarding insurance coverage issues and litigation, including reservation of rights matters, bad faith actions, and insurance coverage declaratory judgment actions.

    Over the years Morrow, Romine & Pearson has defended insurance companies,state agencies, municipalities, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of other areas including consumer litigation, automotive cases, truck underride litigation, all forms of bodily injury and personal injury cases, handicap and employment discrimination cases, Section 1983 cases and first amendment cases in state and federal courts.

     Morrow, Romine & Pearson represents litigants in appellate proceedings, administrative law proceedings, mediations and arbitrations. The law firm has represented numerous defendants in cases involving very serious injury and death. MR&P has also developed a practice area defending automobile dealerships throughout the State of Alabama and has extensive experience in enforcing arbitration provisions. The firm of MR&P has also developed a practice area of concentration in insurance coverage issues and in defending fraud and bad faith lawsuits filed against insurance companies.

     MR&Pís attorneys have appeared as counsel for parties throughout Alabama, with MR&Pís primary geographical area of practice being the Central and Southern counties of Alabama. MR&Pís attorney are admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Alabama Supreme Court, and the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. MR&Pís attorneys have also conducted appellate oral argument before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit Court.

     Morrow, Romine & Pearson is a small firm, but it is very technologically sophisticated. Morrow, Romine & Pearson has a state of the art computer system and document repository/scanning system. All files and databases are currently scanned and maintained electronically as well as with paper files. The IT services are performed under retainer by Charles Morrow, a software developer who has a Masters of Science degree in computer science software engineering, and serves as an expert consultant for the Law firm of Morrow, Romine & Pearson regarding computer and software issues that arise in litigation.
